Our team has worked in and around IT service providers for years. We know the daily reality of the MSP environment: customers who have slightly different names in every system, portals that export differently than expected, and contracts in Autotask that need to be updated manually every month.
That manual work costs time. But worse: it costs concentration. Every time someone is copying hour counts or tallying licences, that is someone who is not focused on their customers.
